Backups are done on a daily basis. These are "mirror" backups of your site used strictly for replacement in case of a hard drive failure. These backups are not usable by you the site owner. You can do your own site backups through cPanel or FTP. We highly recommend you keep at least 2 local backsups for your site and its databases, on a flash drive or backup drive.
